Report Harmful Content

We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe environment for our users. As part of our commitment, we provide an easy way for our community members to alert us to content or users that violate our Terms of Service and related policies.

 

By using our reporting feature, community members can easily and confidentially flag potentially harmful content, comments, or users for our review. By submitting a flag, it does not mean that the content or user in question will automatically be removed.

 

We review all content, users, and comments that are flagged to determine any violations of our Terms of Service. When we determine that a comment or piece of content has violated our policies, it will be removed, and the user may also be permanently banned, where appropriate. Flagged users that are found to have uploaded content or have otherwise engaged in activity prohibited by our Terms of Service may receive a suspension or have their account permanently removed.

 

Report a Video or Photo 

You can report a video or photo through the following steps:

      1. Sign in to your Fancentro account.
      2. Go to the video or photo that you'd like to report.
      3. Click the three dots on the content.
      4. Select the reason for reporting.

Report a Comment

You can report a comment through the following steps:

      1. Sign in to your Fancentro account.
      2. Go to the video or photo where the comment can be found.
      3. On the right-hand side of the comment you want to report.
      4. Click the flag icon.
      5. Select the reason for reporting.

Report a User

You can report a user through the following steps:

      1. Sign in to your Fancentro account.
      2. Go to the user’s page that you’d like to report.
      3. Click the flag icon.
      4. Select the reason for reporting
