To update your payment method, please log in to your account and go to the Payments tab in your Core Settings.
*If you have check please ensure the address on file is accurate to where you wish to have the check mailed to*
The “Address on File” will automatically match the address the one you entered on the Account Details tab in your Core Settings. If the Country of the recipient account does not match the Country listed in your payment details, you will need to update your address.
Payment information must be submitted no later than three (3) business days following the start of the payment month.
Example: Earnings accumulated from July 1st to July 31st will be paid during the month of August, thus your payment details must be updated by the third (3rd) business day of August – if August 1st is a Sunday, then the update should be completed by August 4th (Wednesday)
*Please note that if your payment details are not updated within the given time frame, your payment may not be issued with the new information. If you wish to change your address/payment method within the first week of the month — outside of this deadline — please contact us.
