Let's do a quick run-through on what you can do with and how to perform initial setup for your new welcome message automation to welcome your new subscribers or followers.
- Go to Fancentro Chat tab and switch to the Automations tab. At the bottom of the page click Create New to be presented with the automation setup page.
- Select the trigger event after which the message will be sent and depending on the type of the event, who is the message going to be sent to, and when it is supposed to be sent.
- Once done, add some text to your message and optionally drop some content to it either directly from your vault or uploading from a device.
- To finish, simply make sure to have the message sent and you’re all done - it will be sent when your chosen event happens!
